Monday Night Feeding Ministry:
- Preparing/Packing Meals on Monday afternoons.
- FLOW Feeding Love on Wheels: Bringing meals to those who are bereaved, home bound or ill in our congregation and community Monday evenings.
- Aiding the Food Insecure: Bringing 30 – 60 meals weekly to those who are without homes and living in a nearby hotel.
- Serving meals on the streets of Richmond on Monday nights at 6 p.m. by the Coliseum.
Crafting: Quilts for those in Need of Love and Warmth:
- Join the Crafters on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and 4th Tuesdays at 5 p.m. There is something for every skill level. You can bring your own project to work on or find someone to teach you how to quilt, crochet or do other handiwork. Quilts are given to those who are without homes, those who are receiving housing for the first time and those who are in nursing homes.
Neighborhood Nights: Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Offers Neighborhood Families a Safe, Loving Place to Gather. Children 4 – 14 enjoy Bible stories, art, music and play. All ages are welcome with appropriate supervision.
- Starting after Labor Day – Adult Bible Study will be offered at 5:30 p.m.
- Dinner served at 6:15 p.m.
Sandston Food Pantry: 1st and 3rd Thursdays 4 – 6 p.m.
- Please call by Wednesday at Noon to make your appointment to receive food. 804-737-4837 ext. 205. Priority is given to those who live in the 23150 (zip code).
Sensory Rooms for Children and Teens
- Sensory Rooms are available for those who are unable to participate in our 10 a.m. worship service. The Children’s Sensory Room includes Bible stories and crafts at 10 a.m.
